Whilst we are based in Lismore, we represent clients throughout regional NSW and elsewhere, including Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Darwin.

Our considered approach to practising Family Law, based on our decades of experience in such practice, includes listening carefully to and understanding our clients’ needs, providing our clients with expert, practical and effective legal advice tailored to the particular facts and circumstances of their respective matters, keeping our clients informed about the progress of their matter and adopting a sensible and cost-effective path to their matters, which approach results in the vast majority of the Family Law matters in which we act being resolved at the earliest opportunity, (including via Mediation, where required), without the need for legal proceedings.
